Something seemed familiar about Colin McRae's story, and then it hit me:

Phillip Carter

quote:
Phillip Carter, his son Andrew, 17, close friend Jonathan Waller, and pilot Stephen Holdich were in the Twin Squirrel aircraft.

Colin McRae

quote:
McRae, an experienced pilot, had been flying the Twin Squirrel helicopter back from a visit to the nearby village of Quarter to his home at Jerviswood, near Lanark, when it burst into flames at around 4.10pm on Saturday.

That Chelsea guy's accident was in the same helicopter and also killed all on board

Coincidence. It's very rare for an aircraft to be downed by a technical issue. They are designed to such a degree that there is almost always some form of human error involved

Coincidence - The saftey checks that these aircrafts go through these days, wouldnt be worth anybody's jobs if they're not safe.

So it's only the pilot who has anything to do with the machine? Whay about the engineers who maintain the aircraft?
