either weld steel in place of the rear side windows , or black them out
trip all rear interior out
possibly weld the doors up and smooth it out

Can I ask why you would want to do this? Wouldn't it be alot more easier just to buy a Corsa B Van in the 1st place?

5door van would be a different shape, would certainly look different

you would have to weld and fill the rear doors or it would just look shit
