this was friday... (all painting now finished)



the aerials are now up too



So ten and a bit weeks after it when up and a few/ish grand spent the scaffold is now down!!!!!
an arty shot..can you see the scaffolder??






this weekend we've been putting 170mm loft insulation in the roof. Then this weekend 100mm in between the roof joists too


Don't think we'll need any heating on as we seem to be insulating everything, We've even had to put 100mm acoustics / sound unsulation in between the floor joists, very messy job.

fukkin horrible stuff that fibreglass, hate crawling round in that shit at work

Cal, we're trying to get it modern and bringing it into the 21st centry, i think it will help loads when the bathroom gets put upstairs, don't know how the guy we bought it from managed with one bathroom downstairs!!! with a wife and two daughters!!!

In our previous house the bathroom was downstairs, it was a nightmare

oooooo that garden is lovely, very very nice, Id love a garden that size

yep, it had to go upstairs it was more than my life worth

gardens great till the grass needs cutting, done it tonight. takes about 30mins, then you have to go round with the strimmer :/

It's slowly coming on Mav.
More insulation went in today. so far £1k spent on blinkin acoustic insulation for thr floor joists + the 170 & 100mm loft insulatio, its all stuff you don't think of at the start.
