Next Friday Norwich Union at Monks Cross (Where I work) are having a sports day held at Ryedale Stadium (Home of York Knights rugby league club) Theres going to be track events, long jump and a penalty shootout. I wasn't going to enter, but those who do get the afternoon off work to take part, and those who don't have to stay and work! I hope I don't get 1500m!!

I also got a pay rise today, woo!

Where did golf come from?

Thought it was track, penalties and long jump? Bit of a random thing to add....
