What does everyone have for breakfast?

I need to start eating breakfast to stop myself eating crap throughout the day.

I don't like cereal and it has to be healthy-ish.

Same, except i have an apple instead of banana, only time i have a banana is PWO.

I've been late recently, so whack the oats, protein, Liquid egg whites into blender with some water, blend and down the hatch. Getting used to it, saves me a good 10 min

www.myprotein.co.uk mate find the ultra fine scottish oats, can put them in drinks and its a much better texture, hardly notice they are there.

Those oats, some ice, watered natural yoghurt, protein powder blended up with some fruit or PB = awesome shake, same texture as like maccy ds
