i got top spin off ebay, it said it was for the 360 but wasnt, it was for the xbox.

I emailed the seller and he said he would give me my money back, I sent off the game and he said he has got it and would send me a cheque. This morning the cheque came but it was for the game amount and not the p&p amount!
now the p&p was £2.50 and the game was for £4. so i should have a cheque for £6.50?
