will this be okay? looking at the Pipercross VIS. i wanna go for all the subtle mods first, then ill get an exhaust later on.

but would i be better off getting the exhaust first? as obviously itll be sucking in more air, but will still be slightly restrictive letting it out the pipe?

Cant see a problem. I had an induction kit on mine with a std exhaust for ages

okay cool. then after that its definitely exhaust and manifold. exhaust first though i think!
