Serious post here.
I remember hearing a while ago some wierd statistic about never being further than like 9feet from a rat at any given time. (down south obv, up north its probably sheep or something)
Thought that was one of those scare-enducing facts that doesnt hold alot of water something the media use to over dramatise something.
But a few weeks ago i went into my local sainsbury's at around 9pm. I was entering the pasta isle with my gf, there was no one else around at the time apart from..... a massive fucking rat sat in the middle of the floor
Soon as it clocked us it scarpered double quick, but put me off going back there i was quite shocked!
Then a couple of weeks later i was outside maidenhead train station and i noticed a family of 4 rats (smaller this time but not exactly tiny, and no not mice) run across the road to a housing estate and dig under this post. All disapeared...
I was down by windsor/eton riverside a week ago and saw 3 rats just walking along eating left overs that people threw for ducks/swans...
Then about 3mins ago i was in john lewis in high wycombe and saw a rat that including tail must have been 2 FUCKING FEET LONG ran across a road and into a bush!
I think we are being overrun, anyone else seen loads of rats??
In the words of moe syzlak:
"alright everybody, tuck your pants into your socks!"

Never seen a Rat by where I live. Because we have wheelie bins round here though, they wouldn't be able to get to the food, hence there's not enough for them to live off. If there's a regular "feed" for them though (either food waste, or just vegitation in the wild), they'll thrive.

KFC carpark in Warrington is full of them. If theres no rats running around the carpark then you begin to worry and wonder where they are....
In my old work we got invaded by mice and squirrels. Although outside mainly rats and foxes

i've only ever seen rats in a local farmer's field. but that was right next to the canal and a load of ditch's so its practically a natural habitat for them. i've never seen one anywhere else though

As long as they don't get in your kitchen, you're fine. That's where all the problems start.
