We will send you full details by post in the next couple of days, but please allow up to a week for them to arrive.


If you need assistance after your cover starts but before your documentation has arrived, please call us on 0800 0511 404 and explain the situation.


When our patrol arrives, the engineer will need to see a copy of the email confirmation we have sent you. Please print it off and keep it handy in your car, together with an additional form of identification - for instance, your driving licence.


If you need to make any changes to your membership details, please call the RAC Service Centre on 0870 5722 722


If you wish to upgrade your membership cover, please call the RAC Service Centre on 0800 0726 826
