need to buy tyres aswell, as they are not included in the price

Then you have to buy Tyres on top. Would rather buy a 2nd hand set off someone on here. Plenty of them for sale.

No, because they come with tyres and they are usually good ones with lots of tread. Still cheaper than buying brand new and buying tyres on top so I know what i'd rather do/pay
