Hello guys,
So the tickets are in the post and we are now mere days away from Trax 2007, the second major car show for CorsaSport.co.uk in the show season.
Early morning convoy
On the Sunday there will be a convoy of cars leaving the Holiday Inn Express by the M1 Junction 15 at approx 6AM (Grange Park, Sat Nav users try NN4 5EZ). We will leave without people, so try not to mess around too much. If this time is too early for you or your convoy then please take no notice and drive directly to the show in your own time.
Opening times
The show will open up to clubs at 6.15AM on the Sunday, you will need to make sure your show pass is clearly in your window for the marshals to see and have your ticket at the ready.
If you have a show pass but no ticket then I believe you can purchase them on the gates for the price of £20 per person.
If you have no show pass you will be asked to park in the public carpark.
The show is open to the public from 9am to 5pm.
The Stand
The stand layout is now being finalised for Sunday, no doubt we will adopt the colour order layout depending on the size and shape of land we have been given. PLEASE pay attention to people directing you to a space, these people will take the shape of jr, Ian, Matt H, Tom J, VegasPhil and myself.
Work with us so we can make our stand beautiful as always, failure to comply with the show organisers will result in you being laughed at at every given opportunity in the future.
Free Lunch for Premium Members
As a thank you we are planning on hosting a BBQ on our stand at 1PM, there will be burgers and drinks for every Premium Member who can prove their membership. To do this you need to bring along your username and membership number found on http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/mememail.php . Hopefully we won't be rained off
Other stuff...
Bring suncream, you will burn if the sun is out
Bring a hat, above.
Wear comfortable shoes, you are on your feet most of the day
Come say hello, we are a friendly bunch and LOVE meeting new faces (and the old ones..)
If you are showing with us, remember you are representing CorsaSport, no bad behaviour please.

The map that i've got says that the TV stand is in with all the car clubs, but that one says its in the paddock area bit.

Last year we were in the traingular area to the right of the blue entertainment zone iirc. TV is in the paddock, well it was last year.

hope we get good area and weather is mint as i hate running for the water and soap 7am cleaning my motor but its got to be done

you dont have to meet us at the hotel, as long as your convoy gets there between 6:30 and say 8/9am it should be cool

If 2 cars are coming up but only one is showing on the stand so only one will will have pass, could the other car still get in with me and park on public carpark or would they have to wait till 9 0?

You'd think they weren't allowed in BUT Pete (All Torque) got in well before the public could at PVS!
