Probably the usual scum from the local rivers 'foaming' up offshore.

Downside? It must smell like a combination of sewage/poo/chemicals.

Upside? I you felt brave enough you could take a dive in and cop a feel of the females.

Downside? You would probably end up groping a bloke trying the same thing with females.
