You have to sign. Although i'm not sure how good that is

A package got delivered for my g/f to her house and she missed it, so i rang up and said could they deliver it to me at my work address "sure sir, no problem"

i work for ANC parcels....much better. that good, that FedEx wanted to buy over the best british parcel company as they wanted to expand (their more american), and so bought over ANC. lovely!!

DHL are poo - don't use them!

i phoned DHL to see how much they would charge for me to send my body kit. they turned round and said use a removal company as it will be cheaper than us delivering it.

used parcel force in the end and wasnt a bad service really

One of our offices up north used DHL to send some documents to us at head office next day, it ended up going to Brazil for some reason...

Cheap prices, rubbish afterservice & service.
