On an m.o.t do they test the noise or just the emmesions? Also i have no rear seats but i have taken the seat belts out so will that pass or fail? Cheers

Just emissions, if you have no seats, you dont need seat belts

Cheers monster, also my car pulls to the left a bit so the lower arm might need replacing, is this expensive to replace?

Noise of what? The exhaust?
In theory they can fail you if the exhaust emits an overly-loud noise, in their opinion.
Bottom arms are about £8.
You sure the trackings not out or something tho? Or worn bushes.

on my test in northern ireland, dvla have their own test centres, cant go to any garage, i failed for having no rear belts with no rear seats. u must have rear seat belts regardless

Could be a number of things. Could be down to tracking.
Or does it only pull to the right when you put your foot down?
