Trying to find insurance for my dad, and come across a site "ecarinsurance"

At the end of everything they have said that this is the price...

Your Insurance Breakdown

Insurance Premium: £138.21
Windscreen Cover Included
Legal Expenses Included
Breakdown Recovery Including Homestart Included
Grand Total: £138.21



It then goes onto saying this...

Payment on credit/debit card and future monthly payments of £138.21 on the same card: £138.21

Does that mean £138.21 a month?

Or

£138.21 all together?

all together. it says insurance premuim 138.21, premium being the whole thing
