i put them on and it dpes nothing, no motor noise or nothing!
its got enough fluid in the tank so its not tht!

could it just be that the motor has gone or a fuse or something?

Check the wiring plug onto of the motor, give it a clean with something as this fixed the problem on my old car

remove the motor, lay it on the ground and hit it with a hammer - worked with ours which, had obviously just got stuck.
