Just had a call from the worst insurnace company in the world, and the news is that they are going to repair unless there is any more damage that they really cant see.

So so so so pleased - the cars' being moved this afternoon for an estimate and to start work if its repairable.

Its not a set in stone answer, but a step in the right direction!

Try making a claim with Norwich Union, they knwo that your sat on the side of the road in the rain shaking at one of lcokc in the monring and they put you on hold for 25 MINUTES
