Been Weight training now for about 2years and have reached a plateau in terms of gaining anymore size or weight, dispite sticking the strictest diet that my lifestyle will allow me.
I stopped taking protien shakes 12months ago as for some reason became allergic to certian addatives in them
Anyhow, being an honest person ive been building up naturally on good old food, however just recenty my training partner has started taking:
http://www.bodytemple.co.uk/testosterone-boostersmuslce/shop/14/
and has put on some good size. I just wanted to get other peoples opinion on these types of products? I tried posting on a body building forum and they were all in favour of it but i dont know if its because there all on steriods anyway

that forum is pretty good and if people on there who have years of body building experience recommend using them it might be worth considering although i imagine there are other things which could be changed first such as routine diet etc

i take creatine - or was doing when i was regularly at the gym, started going again tonight its just to keep you going longer as your body produces it naturally i just add to the amount it has so i can go longer on the weights without burning it off as quick.......

yeah i totally agree althoug ive developed my routine over the two years to what works best for me so dont really want to start changing that. Although i physically dont have the time to take in as much food as i could possibly need in order to put on anymore size, been stuck at the same weight for ageeees now

same here with the diet, Although a routine is supposed to be changed every so often to prevent the muscles becoming used to the same exercises each time, Perhaps change your routine for 2 weeks of doing completely different exercises to shock the muscles.

If you struggle with time then prepare your meals the night before. You're online at present so could be doing it now instead. Everyone can find excuses.
