got the nova back and its a really really clean shell.

But on the way home i thought it was lagging and had many many flatspots...

I open the bonnet....the air filter has FALLEN OFF and is sitting in the arch due to a jubilee clip snapping.

Fixed it back on and wallah, perfeck! Pulls really well and i love having a full 7k to play with. Was following me dad home on motorway doing 118 at 4000 revs with a further 3000 to go, hardly having to push it at all

right got some pics! had to wash the car twice today as we drove through the dales and got covered in cow shit.
My car actually smells of shit!

check the arches! Minty mint.

When we got it we had to fix the driveshaft seal and a gearbox gasket needed replacing but now its all good. Only leaks maybe literally one drop a day.

Very pleased - and check the turbo diesel badge on the back I'll get a pic of the engine too

Got it for £1775 - DIESEL (redtop) POWER!

yeh lol!

It's a very tidy motor indeed. Took a LOT of haggling lol to get the price to that, but is because we thought the leak was a lot worse than we thought.

Goes well, decoked the engine today and so much crap came out. Had to fix the inlet tube too. S'all good though.
