naa shouldnt be, and iirc the standard royal mail airmail is signed for aswell so you can track it.

it doesnt cost as much as you think, take it to the PO and if its more than £3 extra then dont post if
If you didn't state on the auction you would post internationally then you dont have 2, id be abit miffed tbh that the guy didn't even ask you first!
Take it to the PO, post it if his money covers the cost and send him a message saying that you didnt state you would post it internationally (if you didnt) but you will do it this once.
