Nothing sexual in this thread please guys. 
Ive had a nagging aching feeling in my shoulders and upper back for the past couple of weeks now that seems to be causing me headaches, im seriously considering having a professional massage but am a bit sceptical as to who to contact through what kind of ads, dont want to be put in the situation where im offered extras and feel embarrassed, but want someone who knows what their doing and is gonna do a good job.
Please keep it clean, tough request i know

Nothing like having your muscles worked over to get the knots out. Unfortunately I'm usually the one giving the massages.

i have had physio for back problems and the stuff they did to it bordered on the most sexual experiences ever!!
seriously, for both injuries and pleasure, go to a professional, much better than some blonde fitteh who printed her certificate off the internet.

m gettin physio for my back now slipped a disc massages really help you unwind and relax and some of it does get a bit erotic but not too much so wont get embarressed

i get massages from the beauty therapist at the gym. £20 it costs. its fuckin awesome after te hours up you do not want to move. i get tight back and shoulder muscles and she takes the knots right out! honestly mate there is so much difference to getting a massage off your girl compared to a proffesional.

mate you need to see a chiropractor
been in 3-4 months worth of neck pain constantly
basically found out my neck has become all locked up
been to the doctors 5-6 times all they do is dish out pills no relief, been turned away from hosiptal also!
then i went to see the above, it works feel so much better, they will sort you out, all my neck bones were moving as one instead of individually, crushing all my nerves, felt a wreck, dizzy tired etc

it does cost but the relief im getting is unreal, im as good as new pretty much

Yes, my woman is a Beauty Therapist so get them alot, but I play alot of football and have muscle strains alot and it really helps.
