it there a how to do this on here?and is it esay? what type of paint should i use or is it best 2 get this done properly?

if your going for refurb then get it done properly, i put my steelies to alloy silver, sanded de grerased primed, sanded, primed, sanded then sprayed and laquered. i think there is a how to
