what is so special about it compared to paint in a can such as hammerite

nothing, hammerite is good enough to resist the heat generated, just use some with some thinners to make it go on easier

well i've got thinned hammerite on my fronts calipers (red) and black on the rear drums and none is flaking or anything

its called such with a higher price tag for chavs to be fooled into buying it
