The dealer came back to me this morning- Got the demo for £15k. It was 18.5k brand new with the extras - so I got 3.5k reduction, 4k miles on the clock- also managed to get them to give me the full three year 60k warrantee.
Going to be selling my mini for about 10k - 3k deposit on the clio, then putting the rest on 5 year finance deal which I will pay the first two years out of the remaining 7 k from my mini- then have my isa coming out in two year which I will use to clear off the other 5k in a lump sum.
Well chuffed with everything- should be picking the car up in october after I have sold my mini.
Where would people recommend advertising the mini- was going to stick it in autotrader... piston heads seems to be well used these days as well?
Cant wait now

Whats the spec on these?
My missus test drove a 1.2 turbo version of the new clio and said it was very impressive, and cheap to run??

Fully amazing cars, If I came across a decent sized pot of money i'd go out and buy one of these! I always see the demo ones from Southampton flying up and down the road.
It's not Liquid Yellow though

I live in oxfordshire mate... 2004 mini cooper s in black, white wheels, white roof, white bonnet stripes.
Chilli pack, sports suspension, half leather blue sports seats, alpine head unit worth £500 new, Alpine front components, factory rear speakers.
Everything standard apart from miltec back box and pippercross induction kit.
All 4 tyres replaced 3 months ago, all four brakes and pads done 3 months ago, full bmw service history.
The car has 49.5k miles on the clock but had a 4k warrantee repair doen to the engine under guarantee due to an oil leak- so most of the engine is brand new.
The car is generally in excellent condition for its milage-- couple of scratches on the outside that I may even get fixed before I sell-- alloys have abit of curbing on them but its nothing major.

In an ideal world I would love it in liquid yellow-- but that would involve paying about 19.5k for a brand new one. I have actually fallen for the metalic black after seeing it in the flesh
