V67 at a DVLA office, IIRC. That's if you've lost the logbook.

You can tax it using the green new keeper slip as long as its no long than 3 weeks since you bought the car

There's definitely a form you can fill in at a DVLA office (not the post office) if you've lost it, and I'm fairly sure it's a V67.
I don't know what other information you'd need to take with you, if any, so you'd be well off ringing them.

Thanks mate, yeh just seen on the DVLA site about the V67, can print one off on there!
