Basically I have a nokia 8800 , i work as an electrician so swop over my sim card on a friday into the phone and use my old phone mon - fri but i lost my 8800 yesterday with no sim card in it, i went to the police and reported it and also orange. Will carphone warehouse replace my phone? cheers

Only if you had insurance. I lost mine recently but dont have insurance so gotta replace it myself, gutted

yeah if you have carphone warehouse insurance policy then all you will need is a crime reference number
