Other day, the girlfriend dropped my digi cam, as a result the shutter button stopped working. Didn't have the receipt anymore, and paid cash when I bought it 2 months ago. Took it back to jesspos, and some how, relativly hassle free managed to replace it for a brand new one

If I owend a camera shop and someone came in with a broken camera asking for a replacement, yet having no proof of purchase, i'd tell them to sod off
