Sorry but this has got to be the vaugest description ever but here goes.

Male voice with acoustic guitar
Singer has quite a deep dry voice
Quite a sad emotional song
The music video is mainly of a old man sitting on outside in the sun singing the song with his guitar.

I will know the name when someone says it, quite a famous person but my mind is blank
