Trying to get a loan at the moment, and have been denied twice now.
I can't understand it, i have never missed a payment on my previous loan, never missed a payment on a credit card, no store cards, no CCJ's etc. Never overdrawn.
I was offered a rate of 12.9% from my Bank! Reason they gave me was because i move my money around alot between my savings account and main account , not sure why this matters really.
Yes i now loans are bad, but i can afford to pay it and its the only way to get the car i want. You only live once.
Doesn't help with the loan companies denying the application on my credit rating

Be careful how many you apply for, the more you're rejected, the worse your credit rating becomes.

Yea, stopped getting quotes now - only option is directly with the bank and try negotiate a better rate or i leave.

Dad did that with my Brother, he ended up not paying and he was lumped with paying it back for him as he was in so much debt. He's said he wouldn't do it again unfortunately.
