on the way to the stoke meet yeasterday...

the car was really over heating, near enoughb 100 degree's all the way there.. this never happened before i changed to the type type bumpers, and v-grill, was alway's below 1/4 on the gauge...

so on the way home it was getting hot, over half way, so pull over at a services and ripped the grill out, and it dropped right down after that to 1/4...

after looking at grill, it has cover over nearly all the grill..






out comes the soldering iron, to melt the plastic weld's off




jobs a good'un



now air can pass right though




so hopefully wont have any more problems now

it's a genuine gm grill, got the part numbers on it


oh well, sorted it now anyway

I had something like that on my pre97 bumpers, tore it off now though.

did the same to the pre97 i had on prior...

All corsa grills have a cover behind the grill for some stupid reason.
My pre 97 grill did, so i binned it

My genuine GM grill that was put on my car had that after my crash. Whipped that straight off and put a debadge grill on.

i took it off my second corsa, left it on this one though but my gsi front is going on soon so gonna leave it for now

Ste we well should have got a pic of our cars together, you have the rear bumper i want for mine too
