I'm a typical woman!!

Just building the other Ikea bed I bought just fitted it all together and coming to put the metal bits in that hold the mattress and they aint there..

The box looked like it had been opened before

I CBA taking the bed apart putting it in the box then taking it to Ikea so what else is there is to do?

Do you think they'd be able to give me a set if I rang them?

I think you should just be able to phone them and tell them the bit numbers and they should be able to help you, Had the same thing when me a mumsie was building some drawers.

Rule #1 - When putting together any DIY furniture. Open the box and check all the parts are available.



Rule #2 - While watching your BF / Husband struggle to complete the job. Keep the tea/coffee flowing and ensure the dinner is ready!

If you moan enough you'll get anything, if they say you need the reciept ask for a manager and say it was put through the wash in your pocket that should be enough!
