Help...

I heard a cong today that reminded me of when i was a kid..

Its a reggae song and i can only remember bits of the song..

here goes.. its raining, its raining.. tears from eyes...cant u see that my baby... then it says somebody help me...

ive searched in Itunes for the obvious but i cant find it oh and i think its early 90's

I will have alook but it doesnt sound like a shaggy song. Its bugging me cos i cant find it.
