Been back a week but this is the first iv properly been on.

Went away to fort william for the week and it didnt rain
Ill post the pictures up later.

Had a great time but on the last day we went to Anoch Mor to do the witches trails. I manages to fall (in style i might add)l and got some nice gravel cut/burns and possibly broken my wrist Iv been in cast for a week now and its doing my head in. If it is properly broken its a 12 week job.

I also have nice damage pictures ill post them too when i get in

I want sympathy as stuart isnt giving me any

How do you figure 12 weeks?

I smashed my wrist up pretty bad 10 years ago and it was only in plaster for 6 weeks

Its a bone in my wrist just under the thumb. Its in the little hollow you get at the side of your hand. Its the worst heeling bone you can break and it takes 12 weeks. Just going on wht they told me, trust me im praying it isnt broken and if it is i want an extra quick mending time!

No we were doing the red trail of the witches trails we ended up on the world champ dodah downhill track. its ment to be full body and face armour and the high cat bikes. we were on hardtails. Its very badly marked.

Would be fun on the proper bikes for it tho. and if i had millions of bubble wrap round me

Ouch! My ex broke his trapezium and trapezoid (distal row bones in the wrist) and hairline fracture in the scaphoid, playing football and it took about 12weeks to heal properly. Hope you're better soon

I broke this bone a few years ago, my wrist swelled so much considering how small that bone is, i had a cast on then i still had to have a support banage thing on with the metal in to stop me using it too much
