Tried to fit my new back box today, but the old back box has welded on due to the heat so need to take it to a garage, just a quick job so will try the " Do a quick job and i'll pay you the money dont worry about putting it in the book " trick.
But any ideas on how much they charge on average?
Cheers.

Or what Gaz said. Heat the back pipe up, so that expands biggers than the middle box pipe

id did mine a couple of weeks back, never changed one before and the original was fairly new but felt welded on
what i did was spray some WD40 round the seal, remove it from the hanger and start whacking the rear silencer part round the edge do left side then right side
if this doesnt get things started get a metal chisel and start hammering into the slit to open the pipe
