right im looking at spending around 40-60 on some new front comps

They are good starter speakers.

Personally I would save an extra £20 for these:

oki then they seem pretty good found em £10 cheaper so im very tempted to go with em how much performance dif would it make between the two??

so atm thats what im planning on getting my original budget was around 160 but atm with shipping and adaptors etc its gonna come to 200
