How annoying are these people  I've had 5 phone calls this week and each and everyone of them have said they will call me back later in the day. Nothing  Had an e-mail back off one saying i have been short listed but again nothing else since Monday off that person.
One of them even said we'll call you in for an interview, you have 18 months experience, you'll deffo get an interview. Nothing..

i found they don't ring you back for ages, then months down the line they hassle you every day "have you got a job?" "yeah, i told you this yesterday so fuck off" then the same the next day. fucking waste of space in my experience

Probley just depends on the agency i have been applied for 4jobs and all withen a week i've had a phone call for a job interview and thats IT support-

All agencies are shit to be honest unless you make the move and constantly go to them to motivate them all..
I'm with loads but not one yet has actually put me through for an interview.

I was with afew agencies and I a couple were great and I got a really good temp job that led to me getting a permenant job in the same company 6 months after my contract expired, but there are loads of rubbish ones out there.
I used to say I want x amount salary, I don't want to do sales or customer service etc etc and they would phone up with a job interview doing customer service for peanuts  In the end I got fed up and went to companies directly.

I used agencies to do some temping between uni years, took them a while to find me something, had to keep ringing back butwhen they found me something, I started the following day
