I've just cancelled my policy after the first year.. Customer service is terrible, prices are good to start with but if you change cars during the year they hike the premium up big time.. Absolute bunch of cowboys that will never get business from me again..
Gone back to admiral for this year..

I agree with Kano, the prices are usualy some of the best you can get but when it comes to customer service, or a claim etc they are shocking. My mate was with them, never again!

Ive never had any major probs! They were excellent during the claim being made against me, consistently cheaper than everyone else too and dont charge ludicrous amounts for mods

Thats what I thought when I started the policy.. I'll guarantee you change your tune as soon as the accuse you of not sending docs back every second week when you actually have.. Good luck!!

Nop the main problem is with Flux, they need a LOT of paperwork filled out and it 9 out of 10 times goes "missing"... There a joke mate, if you go with them dont say you haven't been warned..
