Choices?
Its for my dad who's looking at another car. Currently a Civic 1.8. Doesn't care about top speed, but can't be "slow" either. Something quicker than his civic. He's more interested in looks.

2nd hand is ok. Preferable 2 seater ish. Must have a pleasent interior.

He's interested in a 2.7 Porkie Boxster
The 3.2 Chrysler thingy.
Previous shape Jag XK with some 19"s

I've suggested an S2000, but he thinks the interior is nasty.

No Scoobies, Evo's or any of that plastic stuff.

Doesn't care about outright speed as he has a 196mph MV-R Augusta, and about to buy another Benilli Tornado. But must be nippy...

Options for around this price area?

Type R is no better than his current Civic really. No point in having an R when he has the bikes is there......

Can't see him going for an Audi or anything VW. Too boring looking for him.

He also doesn't give a monkies about what anyone thinks of him. Even when I nearly wet myself laughing when he turned up in his GF's MX5 with a baseball cap and glasses on.

Mofo left me down the lanes when i was following on my bike!!!! (aye, he can drive/ride quite well, holds a national license (British Superbike level)).
