Only been once, didn't stay there, just went for the day. Lake Windemere, and Kendall seemed nice.

i've been in the lakes today, but its abit pointless in the shit weather because you can't see any of the scenery or go walking up hills etc. i spent afew weekends last year walking in the lakes and it was glorious weather and really enjoyed it
