You can a hire equal to your own aswell and they have to pay it as long as you have a genuine reason for having a vehicle with that sort of power/comfort etc.

Don't try and screw them for all it's worth for christ sake. Thats not right. Especially seeing the other person had the decency to own up and say it was there fault.

Unless it was genuinely a big/serious accidnt or they tried to fork off the blame, theres really no need to try and do them for all its worth.

its a bit cheeky if it was only a small bump im sure the person is very sorry, i wouldn't like somebody claiming for everything under the sun, bad enough having an accident

when the cunt hit my corsa and wrote it off i could've claimed for injuries but i chose not too, wish i had now though as he isn't admitting liability even though everyone can see it's his fault (even insurance), just waiting for the papers and shit to be finalised

i've claimed loss of earnings and cost of travel to work.

depends what the persons like, if they are genuinely sory then it's not worth taking the piss if your an honest bloke like me, but if they are a cunt then fuck them over for everything

i seriously think if you ordered a pizza as you couldnt drive to get it they would have to pay for it or at least the extra cost of delivery
