anyone know how i can get the perfect setup for handling on my coilovers

eg. height,damping

adjustable topmounts are needed ideally. but if they are Gaz coilovers I find that if you do:

45mm front lowered with 2 full turns from soft on the damping
rear depends on if its stripped or not.

how do tou know whats 45mm etc.


rears standard with back seats

but the height isnt adjustable only damping

measure from centre of wheel to underside of lip of the arch on a standard corsa then work from there.
