My stripped 1.4 sport weighed 900kg.
Standard GSis are 960 or so.
600 for a Nova? Little more than that...

That would be max load or something, not kurb weight.
Corsas start from around 880-900g up to about 990kg

Some of the poo models were really light. I cant remember all the kurb weights out of my haynes manual now because i dont have it anymore.

Well my Sport specced 2.0 weighs 1 tonne.
Thats with:
Sunroof
Electric windows (motors etc)
Central Locking
V6 brakes +rear discs (more weight)
Stieny Skirts
Smoothed over boot
Full sound deadening in the wings, roof lining etc....
And a 2.0 16v with F20.
And 16" wheels.
Plastic bumpers
A 20+kg exhaust system.
1.02 tonnes.
Im expecting 950kg once the sound deadening is out, and i've got some lighter seats (14kg each).
Thats wet weight, with 1/2 tank of juice as well.
Robin, 835kg will probably be dry weight. But then saying that, it won't add THAT much more once wet.

Totally stripped, as in what?
A whole interior will only weigh 10-20kg at the most.
1.4 is rated up to 1057kg if you read above, but that'll be a 16v, with ABS, Air Con, Leccy everything, sunroof etc etc... Fully loaded.
SRi will have a smaller lighter engine, no ABS, no Air Con etc..

My Cobras are far heavier than my standard seats were, and my Cobras are 14kg.
Seats are the most heaviest part. Doorcards, rear bench, plastics etc all weigh naff all.
