Currently looking at getting a car for between £4000-£5000. Basically, need it for about 6 months to fill in between jobs, as I usually have a company. Ideally, I want something cheap on insurance (so not bothered about power really, 1.2, etc will b fine) cheap to run, and somethign that wont lose much value.
Going to look at a 2002 Corsa 1.2 SXI with Full Irmscher goodies, Eibach Suspension, etc with 30k on the clock, which is available for £4000. It slightly over what other SXIs of similar age are selling for but its low mileage and the condition is absolutely immaculate.
Just wondering if there is anything better value for money around the £4k-£5k mark and what you would recommend??
