Are these good cams to get for my x14xe or are there better ones??

what sort of gains will they give me with remap and without re map, i have an inlet, bmc, and an exhaust manifold.

how much would they cost, will they fit straight in (eould i have to buy anything else)?? how much to get them fitted??

the road cams 264degrees from newmans are £300 per pair, would i need to buy anything else or is it just the case of buying the cams and fitting them.

what is the average cost of getting someone to fit them

what gains should i see on standard engine with inlet and exhaust manifold and bmc??
