Is there a better incentive to finish a project than to have a complete jebb end in some nail of a car trying to race you?

Some chump in a new celica COVERED in stickers (shopping list, chrome kenwood sticker, www.donnycruise.com written in car badge letters etc) tried racing me earlier. Bouncing it off the limiter, driving in 2nd gear at about 5K revs doing 40mph & generally him thinking he's pretty fly for a white guy

Obviously he won as I was in my 1.2 but I sooo wish I could've shown him up

I was going to go out tonight, but I shall now be in the garage working on the car

I had some numpty trying to drown out the noise of my engine in some poxy 4 cylinder BMW, hahahaha. Let me think, American V8, with straight through exhausts, or poxy 1.8 16v, with some silly exhaust. Behave

I only ever get dickheads wanting to race in 30 MPH zones, which of course is not the place. national speed limit zones arent either really but there are lot less people around and no children to run out into the road infront of you.

Only just finished, feel good knowing that I've done something productive for a change

Not really done a lot on the car, but the garage was a tip & I've had a major tidy up. No longer will I have to move loads of things to work on one bit of the car, now I can just walk in & get started straight away

I get this but its caused by leaving the Astra at home and going out in the Corsa. I get raced more because of how it looks and also beaten more as its so damn slow in a straight line.

You can guarentee whichever car your in will be the wrong one!!!
If i take the Lupo i see loads of Focus ST's and theyre all in front of me.
If i take the Focus i see loads of modified corsas and no ST's AND i get stuck in traffic
If i take the Corsa i see loads of Focus's and Fiesta ST's

Its like you need a button on your car to swap between them

One thing i learnt almost the hard way... never ever ever race a car thats battered up - theyre war wounds and the owner wont mind putting some more on from your car
