my interior:


thinking about harnesses as the normal belt is annoying me at the min, reccomendations? mounting points? but id like to be able to use the rears easily enough.. possible?

use the top rear seat belt mounting points,or under the seat points?
personally id strip it and put a real cage. in 
happy now sumone answered

lol thanks nova but i need to keep the rear seats, too many mates
but i was thinking run the strap from the back down to wear the bottom of the origional belt bolts to, then the sides to the subframe? would that work and be safe?

The belts NEED to be at a certain angle to work properly, the rear mounting points (the bottom ones) are perfect for it.
If you put them anywhere else, they won't work as well if/when you crash.

ok thanks robin thats where my old harnesses were mounted, guess ill just put up with my standard belts for now

DO NOT use the C-pillar mounts.
Use the floor mounts.

If you fit them to the c-pillar(top rear mount) you might as well not bother wearing any restraint at all.
As if your hit from behind the c-pillar will just crumple forwards, meaning the harness will be slack=your face vs the windscreen.

tell ya mates to walk and strip the rear out (im stripping mine out at some point in the near future)

youve seen my rear though so youll agree it is nice and matches my seats!
