Fitted my Sebring exhaust about a month ago and with it having no middle silencer I thought it would be loud, but it isnt! its hardly louder than my standard exhaust anyone know why?

I dont have a decat pipe its just straight through from mani to the backbox lol might be why it sounds so loud. If yours is a brand new exhaust it may take time for the baffles to wear should get louder within time.

That's also true, it takes a couple of weeks for the exhaust note to get to where it should.

I bought it second hand so it shoudnt need time to wear. Do you think i should try a different exhaust like a Remus centre section?
Also my car seems really slow, do you think something is blocked hence the quite exhaust?

i had a 5" rage on my corsa sport with a remus centre section (no mid silencer) and that wasnt loud and the car held back (went alot better with a standard system), but you can loose power with a straight threw system

Really can you? I was told you get more power from decat? Since mine has been decat I can feel a difference, sounds well raspy when I put my foot down and loud when I let off, pops a little to haha
