Hiya just a quick question, my car is lowered 60mm and when i go over some high bumps the bottom of my car scrapes sometimes its my sump and sometimes its my exhust that scrapes. is this a problem or do i just need to aviod big bumps. it doesnt do it on small ones

The Fun of having a Slammed Car mate! Mines the same!
Shouldnt be a problem as long as you take it easy other them! best to just avoid the big bumps tho, but if it worries you buy some 40mm springs!

do your back wheels rub when you go over bumps and holes in road. ive had my archs rolled but it still rubs a bit

Yeah they do! and ive had arches rolled to! Its because the wheels aint a vauxhall friendly offset! And thats why i have ordered some new wheels today! et49 and will be lowering 90mm!! No rubbing then!!

lol the lower the better my mates got a polo currently at a 100mm now that rubs when coming of his drive lol has to avoid any kinda speed bump went to a v dub meet and a polo g40 was so low it would catch its sump on cat eyes when over taking :@-)

So its not realy better is it? i mean, it rubs on the cat eyes for god sake! ..
40mm is better in reality, if your going for somthing REALY low such as the polo then get some airbags to be safe. Then you can drive around at what ever height you like realy without damaging anything

the polo at 100mm is on a set of £200 coilovers lol and the polo g40 was on hydraulics so could be normal ride hjeight if he wished or just on the floor lol the lowest it would go that he could go to drive was when it hit cateyes ill try and find the video of it over taking another polo you wana hear the sump lol
