Hey everyone, my fella is treating me to a holiday sometime in August. Either for a week or 10 days, can't go for any longer cus have already been away for 2 weeks this year. Just wondered where everyone suggests we go. We've already been to Cyprus twice, Zante, Egypt and Dominican Republic but would definitely go to any of these places again. I fancy Cyprus (i love it there feels like a 2nd home) but will go anywhere as long as there's sun 
Suggestions grately appreciated, ta

When we go Cyprus we normally stay in Protaras about 10 mins from Ayia Napa but if we went back this year i'm thinking Ayia Napa but on the outskirsts

Ayia Napa is nice, contrary to what you read and hear. I went in May and had a brilliant time. The main square isn't really near the hotels, and the noise is all concentrated in the same area. Stay near Nissi Beach if you want to be well well away from it all. 10mins in a taxi from there to the square.

Excellent thanks, i heard Nissi Beach is lovely. I have been into Ayia Napa in the day and night and it definitely wasnt as bad as what people make out. Did u go to the waterpark? It was wicked!!

Yeah Nissi Beach is nice, didn't really go there much though as i'm not a beach person. Rather chill by the pool.
The waterpark is quality! Went there for the second time in May.
We went to Protaras about 5 years ago, although it looks totally different these days! They've made it much more pedestrian friendly.

I know Protaras is totally different now, very bulit up. I remember how it was when i was about 7 lol. Thats why we thought maybe stay somewhere else as i have stayed there 3 times now

Yeah i've been 3 times now, love the place.
Paphos is really nice, much quieter with lovely beaches still.

Go somewhere different, I am in Sweden now its ace, bit of a heavy night last night and just got up , going to stay here for another few days then go to Denmmark for a bit then where ever wind takes me.
If you want your back doors smashing...either go to magaluf or a corsasport meet
