Almost lost my job, got some very damning feedback and some very negative judgements made against me which will prejudice my ability to get references for other jobs as obviously my bosses can't lie.
Then come on here, got loads of racism shit to sort out, loads of complaints, one of which is about a threat of legal actiong against users on the site and therefore this site will get dragged through it all.
Then I have some trade problems with people taking money off other users and goods not arriving, most people not even having proper contact details and yet expecting me to magically get their money back.
I think I need a holiday

No the legal action relates to the racism.
Its not that it can't be sorted via me, its that the user doesn't appear to want to do that. I'm all up for doing something.

But what's done is done now, surely certain members have been dealt with by you, so what is legal action going to do. It's not going to take away what's been said on here.  So it's not necessary imo especially when you're offering to resolve the matter to the best of your ability?! Shame tbh

Nothing will come of it, its all mouth. If you were going to raise legal action about some chunter on an internet forum you wouldnt post all over it saying what you intend to do you'd just get on with it.
